Meg Strickler

Attorney Meg Strickler has been practicing law for the past 14 years and is a member of the New York, Georgia, and California Bars. She is admitted to practice in all New York, Georgia and California State Courts and all corresponding Federal courts. She regularly appears on national TV where she comments on high profile cases, including Casey Anthony. She has appeared on The O'Reilly Factor, Dr. Drew, Nancy Grace, Fox News Channel's Fox and Friends, Studio B and The Line Up, Hardball with Chris Matthews, MSNBC, Tru TV, among others. She has also appeared on all of the Atlanta local television news programs in relation to her representation of her clients. She has also provided legal commentary on Atlanta's 94.9 The Bull Radio station and Fox radio stations throughout the country. Ms. Strickler is a graduate of Emory University's School of Law, where she was recognized by the Dean of Students for her outstanding academic record. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware where she majored in Criminal Justice and was also recognized by the Dean of Students for her outstanding academic record.

Ms. Strickler represents clients charged for ANY criminal offense at the federal or state level. The majority of her clients are charged with serious financial, sex or internet crimes. She also oversees and coordinates the pre-accusation/pre-indictment investigation work on the law firm's criminal cases. This work involves painstaking attention to detail and constitutes a critical, pro-active approach to criminal defense work. She often succeeds in getting her cases dismissed prior to charges being formally brought against her clients. Ms. Strickler has successfully resolved over a thousand criminal cases and is fast becoming one of the most successful trial lawyers in the country. In fact, she was recently named a Super Lawyer - Rising Star by Atlanta Magazine. Ms. Strickler has been widely recognized by the legal community and by Avvo for Excellent professional conduct and experience.

Ms. Strickler is currently an adjunct professor for Emory Law School's Kessler-Eidsen Institute for Trial Advocacy, where she instructs law school students in the art of case preparation and trial advocacy. Ms. Strickler also teaches ethics to first year Emory Law students through a three day round table discussion involving first year law students, law school faculty and practicing attorneys. She is also an active member of the Georgia, New York, California, American and International Bar Associations. She is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.

Ms. Strickler is also the author of many articles on domestic and international legal issues. She is currently an officer of the International Bar Association's Criminal Law Committee. She is currently holding the title of vice chair in this prestigious organization. She has also served as an officer for the past several years serving as the newsletter and website editor for the Business Crime and the Criminal Law Committees of the IBA. She also enjoys doing public speaking engagements concerning cutting edge criminal law issues. She recently spoke at the International Bar Association's Annual Conference in Prague (2005), Chicago (2006), Madrid (2009), and Dubai (2011)
